Our Rotary Club of Calcutta Jadavpur focused on empowering the women of Sarenga, Bankura. A team of six club members were present to finalise the vocational training program. The primary activity involved the formal assessment of the beneficiaries skills following the completion of the Beauty and Make-up course. To officially validate their hard work and preparation for the workforce, the club proudly distributed completion certificates. This project directly enhances community economic development by supporting local women in achieving financial independence.
